What an impact you can have in all your kids' lives.podsohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14880888514207597761noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4159257200454865972.post-15982677987756292172016-08-02T21:24:18.949-04:002016-08-02T21:24:18.949-04:00It sounds like you have another year of happy-home...It sounds like you have another year of happy-home-learning ahead of you. I had to chuckle at you taking off a day after 2-days-in. That's the beauty of the flexibility of home teaching.

I started watching a program about the history of Lego with my son. It is quite detailed. We haven't finished it yet because there is so much to it. The intricate buildings and sculptures people of all ages make, are amazing.

I enjoyed the week I spent with my daughter Sophia's family the next state over, taking part in my grandchildren's home school days and their play. I had hoped to do art but he is going to a new homeschool group at a church and they offer art and science. I'm excited for him.
Thanks again for sharing this. I loved homeschooling my kids, and I really miss those days.

I hope y'all have a really great year. How fun that you have the privilege to teach your granddaughter too.

I love that y'all are enjoying a teatime together. We used to do that too, and I still do it in the evening with my husband during the winter months.

Yes, schooling at home provides plenty of opportunity to learn and grow together. Plus, our children learn that they can hang out with people other than just their age group. In other words, they are not peer-dependent.

Blessings,
Patti

Pattihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17948766889057998160noreply@blogger.com
