I supplement at home with exercises. If I didn't I think I'd stiffen up into a crochety old woman. I hope you have good experiences, too. Had about 4-6 weeks of PT and was given exercises to do at home plus some steroids applied with a small attached battery - don't remember what it was called. All helped immensely!GrammaGritshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05626901828348845721noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4159257200454865972.post-60235638565787837852019-07-09T09:33:55.566-04:002019-07-09T09:33:55.566-04:00No personal experience, but I have heard many grea...No personal experience, but I have heard many great PT success stories. What a difference, truly, my PT sessions and exercises at home have made to my well-being. I'm strengthening weak muscles and getting help for the tight hip flexors … it's made a world of difference already.

I wish you all the best in your sessions … yes, you will see a huge difference, I'm pretty sure! You'll be glad you went, and if you're like me, you'll be wishing you'da gone much sooner. But now we know better. xoxBrenda @ Its A Beautiful Lifehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02955486477303938670noreply@blogger.com
