In Lancaster there is a cute little cafe and creperie. We have seen it many times but never have eaten there until Friday. Tim and I went for lunch. It was terrific!
These are not little crepes that you may be used to seeing with some delicious fruit in them. These are huge and are wrapped in a triangular shape and you hold them to eat them! I had a Turkey Club, and Tim had Thai Chicken. They have a decent size menu, including breakfast and desert. We plan to go back soon!
The decor is all black and white with a dash of yellow - lots of photographs of Paris in black and white, a tone on tone yellow paint treatment on the wood wall. The tables have glass toppers and underneath are decoupaged "French" items, such as paintings, postcards and the table behind us had pages from Madeline! So cute and clever!
If you are ever in Lancaster, check this place out! On Queen Street, just north of Walnut Street.

That sounds like a lot of fun-and quite delicious, too.

That looks cute! We so rarely do anything in the city. We will have to make an exception and go to this sweet place.

Sweet birthday blessings to you, dear one! I'm thankful you were able to enjoy part of it at such a pretty cafe with your husband. :o)
I'm really enjoying your bloggie music, MrsRabe. Wish I could figure out how to put it on mine. I'm so challenged. :o/
Dear Lady Jane,
If you click on my playlist where it says create you own playlist it will take you to the site. You can create a playlist by picking the music you want, then click to place your playlist on blogger. It is pretty simple - you will get a code to cut and paste on your customize section of your blog and there you have it!
Glad you are enjoying the music! I am!
This place looks adorable. I love little cafes. Like Becky, we, too, seem to avoid the city. Someone else recently told me of some great places in the city for field trips and stuff. I guess we'll have to overcome our city phobia and start enjoying what the city has to offer. I really want to try this little cafe and creperie out, if we ever have money to go out again. I'm praying really hard that this economy improves soon, but my fears are that it will get worse before it gets better.
I planning on going over there soon thanks for the great cafe tip!
Karen
