The sun had disappeared and the tide was high when we reached Canaveral National Seashore.
I've never seen the seafoam sit on the shore so long...
It was a wild surf...
Having forgotten to bring bathing suits to Florida in November, the kids wore whatever they had to get wet in...
They love the water...
Cousins...
Crawling out of the surf.
Emma sent me these photos...
Tim told her she had 80's hair! That's what the wind will do to ya...
On our way out of the park, we came across two armadillos and one turtle...
If you click on the photo you will see that her shoe has indeed been everywhere....

You guys are having more fun than is legal....Happy for you and wishing we were there too.

Good thing that you reminded us to click on the photo. I'd have missed that point otherwise. Well this is a very different sort of beach from the last one I saw you guys (some of you guys) cavorting on. Looks like such fun!
I didn't know that there were armadillos in Florida! I thought that they were more of a southwest thing. We saw one in Oklahoma once...they're kind of strange little creatures.
Continued blessings on your trip...
Looks like fun times! I enjoyed your pictures as well as your previous post about the surprise birthday party, what special family memories!
Thanks for visiting me for the Giving Thanks Challenge. I enjoy meeting new blog friends.
God bless you.
Ooo! Tooo cold on the Jersey shore for these shots - glad you're farther south. My daughter and I got some great seafoam shots a couple of years ago on a cold day at the beach here. I thought it only foamed up in colder weather. Looks like a great time is being had by all!
Joy!

Sounds like a good time!
What a sweet surprise! So glad you pulled it off!
I have missed reading your blog. What a blessing. Family and Fun.
I love it!

I stop by to read your list, and found a very pleasant surprise. These photos remind me of when I was a child and our parents took the family to see the ocean and we would wade in our clothes.
Time with family is a gift, and I did enjoy being out in the sunshine today,.
