“I am resolved to be a good mother to my children, to pray for them, to set them good examples, to give them good advice, to be careful both of their souls and bodies, to watch over their tender minds; to carefully root out the first appearing and buddings of vice, and to instill piety, virtue and true religion into them.“

Christmas With Victoria

Today I am joining the blog party at "A Return To Loveliness."

I am a long time subscriber to Victoria and get much inspiration from the magazine.

I like to remember the Reason for the Season in our home...
While decorating using things from nature...

Simple beauty all around us...

In the garden....

This is a 1966 Tasha Tudor book called "Take Joy!"  A real treasure.

Even shelves and random areas get decorated...

Thanks for coming by and sharing the joy of the season with us!
