I am not doing an Information Friday post this week.
We've had devastating news about our dear friend who is battling cancer, and will likely be headed their way in the next few days.
Your prayers would be appreciated!
This photo is 10 years old!I was looking through the archives of my blog for photos, and I came across a post from 2019 and I mentioned the young daughter of a friend who was having a health crisis. I clicked the link I shared and on it I saw a $25 donation from my (and some of yours) dear friend Vee! She mentioned she was a friend of mine.
What's amazing is that post is 6 years old, and Vee has now been with the Lord for two years! It made me cry, but also give thanks for the lives of these precious souls that the Lord has brought into my life.
We must not take any of it lightly. God has given graciously for our salvation, and has given us people to walk through life with.

I'm so sorry to hear that you received sad news. Prayer to you and your friend...
Prayers for you and your friends. May God give you all His peace and comfort.
I remember Vee and I loved her blog. Somewhere in my mind I am thinking I saw you and your husband visiting Vee and sitting around outside having a good visit with her and her famiIy on her blog. I may be wrong and have you mixed up with someone else. My old thinker isn't as good as it used to be. Prayers for your friend and her family and for you and your husband. also.
Thank you, Kim. He seems to be rallying a bit, and we are praying, as Father Tim (in the Mitford series) says, "The prayer that never fails - Thy will be done."
Thank you, dear Linda!
We did meet her on a trip to Maine! Our whole family was along and we met up at a beautiful park on a lake! Her husband John was still living then, too!
