This and That

Our niece and her family have been visiting her husband's family in Northern Ireland. She took this photo this past week on her mil's property. So beautiful.

There are a lot of beautiful things happening in the midst of the chaos in the world. Have you heard about the revival that is going on at Ashbury University in Kentucky?

It started a week ago with 30 students staying after chapel and has been going 24/7 since then. All student lead. People are coming from all over to be a part of it. Lives are being renewed, people are being saved, God is on the move.

It's what he longs to do for all of us. Make us new, and revive our hearts. I know that I've been weary from the last several years, and yet God is giving me freshness, a joy in relationship with him.

Many people feel as if we are living in the last days. I don't know if it is or not, but Acts 2:17 says this, "’In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams."

I believe as people have been awakened they are seeking after truth. God alone is truth. That's where we find it, in him.

We had a very nice Valentine's Day. I marinated steaks, made salad, baked potatoes, and bread. For dessert we had homemade brownies and ice cream.

We invited our friend Dean, and he along with my parents, Kyle, and Tim and I had a delicious meal together. After dessert most of us played 100 pin bowling on the wii.

It was a fun night, and a way to share love with others.

Any of you following the information coming out about Charles' Coronation? I thought the design of the emblem was very well done. It incorporates the English Rose, the Scottish Thistle, the Welsh Daffodil, and the Irish Shamrock.

Will any of you watch it? {Here} is a link to the website and more information.

I will watch it. I've watched all the weddings, funerals, and other ceremonies. It's history, and part of my family history of being English, Scottish, and Irish.

So I've read that Harry and Megan have been invited. Do you think they will come? I think that they will attend. They want the attention and they will take much attention away from Charles. However, he couldn't NOT invite his son. The Sussexes have put the family in a tough spot.

I've seen film of Queen Elizabeth's Coronation, and it will be fascinating to watch Charles'. At 74 years old, he is the oldest English monarch to be crowned!

Well, I must get on with my day. Sunny again here and mild!

Enjoy your day, friends!

What a wonderful video! I remember in the early 70's when the first "Jesus Movements" were taking place, groups of kids at my high school were gathering at a chapel across the street pray before school I think the past few years have shown many people that we can't put our trust in the world. God has said if we seek Him, we will find Him. I pray that many more will start seeking Him.

Stunning photo of beautiful Ireland!
No, I will not be watching the coronation. Not even for historical reasons.
Yes, I have been listening to the news about Revival breaking out. May it grow
and spread.

A beautiful photo, I would love to visit Ireland, Indeed I have heard of this great revival in Kentucky and was surprised that the media would cover it!
Like you, I don't know if these are the last days, but the signs are certainly there, I have my eyes on the eastern skies, looking and waiting for my Redeemer!
Thank you for sharing.
Blessings,
Sue
