Note Card Party - Orchids

I couldn't decide what photos I wanted to show on this month's Card Party.  I went through dozens of ideas, then I found these photos.

Gorgeous orchids at Longwood Gardens.

All I did to edit them is to put the frames around them.  I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.

I love Vee's Note Card Party!  Join us won't you?

Oh you can edit with abandon...feel free! Don't think that you're cheating to do that. I edited mine, too. In fact, I went overboard on the first. LOL!

These orchids make a beautiful set of note cards. Truly wonderful. I like the borders around them because it gives that extra sense of coherence. Orchids are such lovely flowers...do you have any at home?

Orchids, oh how divine!

I about killed my only one orchid -my youngest daughter saved it and now it is doing much better.

Apparently I was suffocating it with wrong soil and the way I had replanted it. Yikes, didn't know!

You have stunning orchids, they're beautiful!!

STUNNING! What beautiful orchids! You truly captured them well. We've been talking about a trip to the gardens, too, but - not in this heat!
Stay cool!
Joy!

Beautiful flowers, and I can see these as note cards. I like the idea of a frame, must remember that next month! xo

Have you read The Orchid Thief? It's a very interesting book about the subculture of orchid obsession.

They would make a beautiful note card set, and even more, they are so lovely they could be framed.
