The roof is half-way done! Rachel took this photo - I think I have another talented photographer on my hands!
The barn project is on going. It is dependent on weather and on time.
Yesterday all three were available and Tim, my dad and the girls got the rest of the roof prepped and started to put up the roofing.
Nail guns and power tools make the work go faster and are such a blessing.
Oh NO! Tim slipped! Just kidding - he was playing around. Can you believe it? Where is OSHA when you need them?
Grandpa was chief wood cutter and supervisor - he does that really well!
Emily got to use the reciprocating saw yesterday to trim the boards flush with the rafters.
Here Lindsay is loading the pneumatic nail gun for Tim. I love that my girls are learning such practical skills.
The rafters finished, before the roofing started going up!It will be a real blessing to have this finished.

How exciting to see such progress. It is great that you have not only your dad to help Tim, but also the girls. Although it will be a blesssing to have it finished, I know you see the blessings in the process, too.
