A Few Post Wedding Scenes

Sunday night a group were gathered around the laptop watching YouTube video of heavy equipment.  One of the videos about driving accidents had them exclaiming out loud - especially Kyle and his pal Daniel.

Tim's mom flew in for the wedding, and today she and Tim's sister and family were leaving.  But there was time for a game of Mexican Train.  They had fun.

I am taking advantage of having beautiful flowers from the wedding in the house!  I put the girl bouquets in vases too, and have them around the house.

I was out for a while today with my sister in law at a local natural foods store.  I got a text telling me Kamryn had taken scissors to her hair on one side of her head.  This is what I found when I got home.
The excitement never ends around here friends!

We are headed over to my Mom and Dad's house soon to visit with my brother and his family, since they leave tomorrow.

It has been wonderful to have this time with our family and dear, dear friends (though we missed a special family).  I have to say though that I am tired!  I think I'll sleep well tonight!

Such happy times! I know that time with family and friends has been a blessing.
Oh my goodness...Kamryn's hair! You have to smile. So she will be sporting a new 'do. Kati says, "At least she didn't do that before the wedding!" True. Although I'm sure the new 'do will be cute on that little cutie.
Loving the new header...full of joy! And your background is lovely.
Sleep well tonight, friend!

Joy oozes from your blog. A really nice thing about a wedding is having so many dear friends and family gathered in one spot. A feast!

I just got here to see the wedding photos. My mom told me that you had them up. I'll say again that it all looked wonderful. I didn't mention on my previous comment, but I just noticed the wedding cake in the header. That's lovely too! I'm so glad you're enjoying both the "leftovers" of both flowers and family.

The new header and background are SO sweet. And I agree with Kati (above) who said, "At least she didn't do that before the wedding!" Hope you can catch your breath for a few days....

The flowers ARE so beautiful :)

Post wedding fun! What good times with family from far away. Lovely to have flowers all around the house. I agree with the others that the hair cut is better now than a few days ago.
