A Day To Myself
I'm celebrating Kyle's birthday today, by having a day to myself. How did this happen, you may ask.
Well, the girls ended up going with my mom and dad to the movies yesterday and then to spend the night at their house, and Lindsay is coming this morning to take Kyle to the Lego store and to lunch for his birthday!
This is also Wednesday, which is the kid's frisbee night, so they will be gone over dinnertime and into the evening. They may all pop back in here before frisbee, but then they'll be off once again.
Now the question is, "What will I do, with my day?" The answer is, "I have no idea!" But I will likely read, knit (I'm working on a hat for my great niece), eat and maybe watch a movie.
I do have to write an article for our state's homeschool magazine, so I'll likely work on that, as well.
So back to Kyle. Loving, affectionate, kind, laidback. We are thankful for this boy. Happy 11th Birthday, Kyle! You are a joy and a gift to our family! We love you so much!
We had a lot of rain yesterday from Hurricane Isaias. We never lost power, and it was over by the time I had to pick Sarah up from work yes...
It's been an interesting week, hasn't it? The panic and buying out of water and tp is disturbing. This virus is very contagious ...
I really appreciated all the wonderful comments on my blog in the last few weeks, especially the personal ones. You're all so very kin...
