At The Foot Of The Cross

Miss Paula (her blog "Gathering of Friends" is on my sidebar) posted a video of Tammy Trent singing this beautiful song. It reminder her of my post yesterday "Beauty for Ashes." The words to this song are incredible! Thank you Miss Paula for sharing this with me!

At the foot of the cross
Where grace and suffering meet
You have shown me Your love
Through the judgment You received
And You've won my heart
And You've won my heart
Now I can

Trade these ashes in for beauty
And wear forgiveness like a crown
Coming to kiss the feet of mercy
I lay every burden down
At the foot of the cross

At the foot of the cross
Where I am made complete
You have given me life
Through the death you bore for me
And You've won my heart
And You've won my heart
Now I can

Trade these ashes in for beauty
And wear forgiveness like a crown
Coming to kiss the feet of mercy
I lay every burden down
At the foot of the cross

And You've won my heart
And You've won my heart
Now I can

Trade these ashes in for beauty
And wear forgiveness like a crown
Coming to kiss the feet of mercy
I lay every burden down
At the foot of the cross

I lay every burden down
I lay every burden down
At the foot of the cross
At the foot of the cross
At the foot of the cross

  3. Tammy Trent has an absolutely amazing testimony! What a woman of great strength in God! Ryan and I had the opportunity to listen to her story and her sing at a teaching conference this past November, amazing!
