So cute!! :)
It looks like a tender moment!
Oh yes, having something to pet and bond with besides a cat or dog. I can remember taking our grandson when he was young with me to judge rural gardens. One of them had a barn with chickens and all he could say was that he wanted a chicken for a pet....all the way home!
I first heard of the Americauna hens on Martha Stewart years ago and loved the pretty eggs they laid.
Margaret Dashwood is quite charming, but then so is Kamryn not to mention Lindsay! Yes, a good experience for all.
Love Margaret Dashwood's name - Kamryn looks happy to meet her acquaintance.
What a precious photo, I think farm animals teach children so much, My Americauna hens are now laying, I just love those blue eggs, ~smile~
I forgot to mention on your last post of how pretty and fresh your bedroom looks, I am reminded I need a change in mine. Thanks for sharing.
Blessings,
Sue
I love that your chicken is named Margaret Dashwood! It is so fun to pop over to your blog and catch up with your sweet family! :)
