Late October Weekend

I had a quiet weekend at home, and I enjoyed it.

I cut some of my limelight hydrangea, now with their autumn blush on them and took them to my friend Britt. They've recently bought a house and are doing projects to make it more their own style. It's lovely. Yesterday, she shared a table they bought on Marketplace, and styled it with some of the hydrangea. Here are a few photos.

Tim mowed some properties he takes care of, I read, knitted, and cooked food. Saturday evening Tim, Wes, and Kyle brought our freezers up to the garage from the basement.

Yesterday, after church and lunch, Tim and Wes went out to buy the tool chest Tim has been waiting for the garage to be finished before purchasing. We are all so happy about this project being finished. I'll try to get a few photos today, and share them soon.

My burning bush are amazing.

There is so much excitement and yet, desperation on the dems part, surrounding the election.

I watched the Trump rally yesterday while I knitted, and it was all positive. Everyone who spoke talked of making our lives healthier, freer, and making our nation great once again.

All the left could do was talk about it being like a n*zi rally. This was not true at all.

Jessica from House Inhabit shared these things last night on Instagram.

Did you know that in 1992 Bill Clinton accepted the Dem nomination for President at Madison Square Gardens? That Ronald Reagan, John F. Kennedy, and others have held political rallies there? Billy Graham has held evangelistic crusades there. Were they are n*zi events?

This is dangerous talk. It gets the crazies out who may try another assassination.

I actually think they know they've lost, but will try stuff after the election to keep from being able to serve. Keep praying.

Information Friday

It's 10 days until November 5th, and I can feel the excitement building. Can you? While I think the left will do something, I think Trump will be president!

I'm excited for change - smaller government, fixing the tax issues, getting rid of inflation, making America Healthy Again. Let's Do It!

Sunday was a fun day. Trump learned to make fries, worked the window, and generally had fun.

He came to Lancaster, then out to Pittsburgh for the Steelers game.

Today I read this -

I'm telling you Pennsylvania is Trump country.

I'm praying it is, and it seems as if that is true! Of course they are trying to attack him and bringing up all sorts of random things.

Here is something interesting.

Paying for big names to come out and support her. So how much did she pay Springsteen? I've seen video of people leaving after the performances, and not staying to listen to Kamala.

I want to leave you with these two items.

The prayers being prayed for Trump are working!

I don't think those celebs have the pull they used to have.

Happy Weekend!

Fall Foliage Trip

On Saturday, I took my mom on a drive around our area to show her some beautiful trees I'd seen as I've been out and about.

Here is a video of a local small neighborhood.

On Monday, we took Mom and Dad and went to Jim Thorpe to ride the Lehigh Gorge Scenic Railway.

The drive to Jim Thorpe was about 2 hours and it was beautiful. The colors this year are a bit more muted. We've not had much rain this autumn and they said that in Jim Thorpe they are in a drought.

The whole trip took about 45 minutes.

This wooden post is an old telegraph line!

I happened to catch the waterfall as we went by. Do you see it at the bottom of the photo below?

After the train we went to lunch and then drove around the area. It was perfect weather and just a lovely day out.

Our area should be at peak this weekend or close after that. Such a lovely time of the year.

I enjoyed the videos of Trump from this weekend. He was in Lancaster on Sunday, after working in McDonald's near Philly. Ended the day at the Steeler's game in Pittsburg. Let me tell you, Pennsylvania is Trump country!

Information Friday!

Not a great photo, I took this one sitting in traffic today, but the color is starting to come on strong! Beauty everywhere!

I truly wondered what to share this week. Trump is everywhere. Kamala was on lots of podcasts and shows like the view and still didn't do very well communicating why she should be president.

She did an interview with Bret Baier of Fox News and he pushed her for answers, and didn't just let her get away with Trump, Trump, Trump. It didn't go well for her.

Bill Clinton seems nervous, too. Check out this weirdness while on the campaign trail.

So many are saying Trump is going to "put us in camps," "he's going to arrest us," and the like. Trump is not going to punish people because of things they've done to him. If these people are punished it will be for real crimes against humanity, treasonous acts. Not personal punishment. The Court didn't rule that a president could do that, or Biden would already have Trump in prison. He's trying, he talked about it this week.

This is interesting. Why would British politicians come campaign for Kamala? I hope they come to my door. I'd love to chat with them.

North Carolina has begun to vote.

So has Georgia.

The left will do anything to try to keep Trump out of office. They may even throw him in jail. They are desperate to hold onto their power that they have been amassing against the people.

I'd like to end tonight with two videos. One is of the EMT who treated Trump at the hospital in Butler, and the last one is from a dinner tonight that Trump attended that supports Catholic charities. The candidates are typically both there to roast each other. Harris chose to not attend.

I hope you have a great weekend. Keep praying, vote, and trust God!

My weekend post on Monday will be delayed until Tuesday this week. We are doing a foliage train ride on Monday in the Poconos! I hope to get lots of lovely photos!
