Wedding planning is in full swing. The happy couple have most of the big decisions made, which is great. I've just been looking at the floral supplier I use and writing down flowers to talk about with Sarah. I love seeing a plan come together and this one is well underway!
I saw a specialist for my eye today. It's okay so far. No retinal tear or anything. But he says that with the bleed, that the eye can sometimes get angry and do all sorts of things. So we are monitoring it. I'll get an eye ultrasound later this week. In the meantime, I'm to continue to be careful to not exert myself, or bend over all the way, etc. Nothing to put pressure on the eye. I'd appreciate prayer for this issue.
One of my garden goals for this year is to get my roses in better shape! That means feeding them, and making sure they get enough water!
Kyle and I sowed poppy seeds, and zinnia seeds when we had snow, so it'll be interesting to see what germinates and grows. I love a garden I can cut flowers from and use them in the house!
We've been having a lot of rain, but not storms. It'll be interesting to see if the April showers bring May flowers.
I hope you are all well.

Prayers for you concerning your eye. My husband had a retinol tear a couple years ago and it was a difficult time. Hope all goes well for you and that your eye is on the mend. I sure love hollyhocks. They add so much beauty to any bed. When is the wedding? My grandsons is coming up on May 10th and we are sure in wedding mode as well. You will have to be sure and share many pictures of the special day..
Praying for your eye situation as I type my comment here. There is a lot of bending over with roses and other garden beauties and I pray that you will be able to bend all you want, soon.
I'm sorry to hear about your eye, that's terrible. Sending prayer for your quick healing. The wedding plans sound exciting!! I can't wait to see it all come together.
Will be praying for your eyes! Your gardens always look so beautiful!
