Sorry I've been MIA! Tim and I celebrated our 38th wedding anniversary on the second by going away to Assateague and Ocean City for a few days. We came home last Saturday and then Sunday went to our nieces' family's send off from their church for missions work. They will be leaving next week for Burkina Faso.
Then this week, it's been school with the girls, co-op starting again, and the start of eating on plan again for me for THM. I need to get the inflammation gone again, and jump start the weight loss. It's been slow, and the THM plan works for me.

Happy Anniversary!! Don't the years fly by?! So glad you were able to get away for a celebration.
And now, back to routine. In some ways, that is refreshing. As joyous as the holidays are, I couldn't keep up that pace long-term.
