Yesterday afternoon we celebrated Sarah with a tea party!
I had promised her scones, cream, lemon curd and jam, and treats.
They could choose where they wanted to eat by which cup they wanted to drink out of. I love that these girls loved the tea party!
Sweet girl loves her chamomile tea with raw honey!
I made cupcakes and home made buttercream frosting, the mock devonshire cream. Lindsay made the scones, and the lemon curd!
Gorgeous flowers...
Fun view of the table!
These girls were all delightful and precious. I love a tea party, don't you?

I do love a tea party...and yours looks delightful! I am sure that Sarah had a wonderful time and felt truly "celebrated"! Don't you love when a birthday celebration can be stretched out over several days?
ReplyDeleteThere is just nothing like a tea party with little (and not-so-little) girls!
Now that looks like a lovely time. Sarah must have felt so grown up and special. Isn't it great to have so many dear friends?
ReplyDeleteOhhhhhh.... Precious pictures.... Precious memories made....
ReplyDeleteAnd I love getting a peek, in side your home, too. I am one of those bloggers, who just loves, loves, loves to peek into other blogger's homes. -grin-
But then, aren't we all? That way? :-)))))))
Now that looks like a ton of fun:) It sure looks like everyone enjoyed it! Have a blessed day dear friend, HUGS!
ReplyDeleteA great big tea table filled with happy participants...can't go wrong with that! You are a wonderful mom to bless your daughter so.
ReplyDeleteThat looks like a fun and beautiful way to celebrate a birthday. And I just can't get over how gorgeous your hydrangeas are, especially in those blue mason jars.
ReplyDeleteHow fun! We had a tea party for my Sarah one year, but I didn't do as good a job on it as you have for Sarah's. Perhaps if Pinterest had been around then, it would have helped!
ReplyDeleteHow is Lindsay doing? I was praying for her on Monday.
Oh, what precious photos and such blessed memories in the making.
