Prelude {Bach Suite No. 1} While I Rest

Sorry for the late post today.  After a really great week, last night I started to feel bad with a head cold.  I fell asleep on the couch, instead of reading, and headed to bed a bit later.

I am taking care of myself, drinking fluids and resting, hanging it out with my people.

Now you may be wondering what on earth this has to do with Bach's Suite No. 1.  Well, I don't always go in with Rachel for her cello lesson, often I drop her off and run errands.  But this week I went in and I am so glad I did!

I love listen to her play with her instructor Yolanda Mott.  Rachel has been taking lessons and playing for four years in May.

I took a little bit of video of them working on the Prelude to Bach's Suite No. 1.

I hope you can see it, but I know that with Blogger the videos are iffy lately.

and thank you for the mini concert. the cello is my favorite instrument and your daughter plays the Bach piece beautifully. :)

Oh, that is such a lovely little video. Bach's music is wonderful. And I really enjoy listening to the cello. Good for Rachel!
I hope you feel better soon, Deanna.

And I hope you continue to take care of yourself and make the necessary adaptations while you body heals. ♥

Success! So beautiful that I have listened three times and am listening again before I go back to find Sarah. Rachel is doing a fine job with that cello.
