Autumn: An At Home Day

We are at home today.  Well, mostly.  Tim and I went to breakfast this morning and had a nice leisurely chat.

We are going to be working on mowing, picking tomatoes, tidying bedrooms.

I bought a slipcover yesterday for my blue plaid couch in my bedroom.  I'll show you on Monday, after more of the wrinkles work their way out.

The weather is overcast and cool.  It's noon and still in the 60's.  I love it!

I hope you all have a wonderful day with whatever you are doing.  Savor the season, I know that I am.

Definitely savoring the season here! Especially yesterday as hubby and I visited an OH town, enjoying the shops and river walk & a fine lunch at a great restaurant - all in cool but sunshiny weather :) Today I had errands to run this morning and we're invited out to eat this evening. All that remains to do till then is to mow the grass. Not my job :)

It's cooler there than here! Sounds like a full docket for your family.

We are enjoying this fall weather too! We're sort of stuck inside for a few days, but the windows are thrown open and the cool autumn breeze is wafting in! Enjoy your project day!

We had a wonderful wedding weekend in Missouri! We drove, leaving Friday morning and came back on Monday! It was long, but it was worth it...
