Photos

This is a view of the Chesapeake Bay from the porch of The Cannery Antique Mall.

I just had to take this photo!  We a huge lovers of history, and it was neat to read the signs of where the troops of  Count De Rocheambeau traveled or where George Washington stayed.  Apparently George traveled the road right through Havre de Grave, but lost his head!
This is a photo from the Exhibition Hall in the Conservatory at Longwood Gardens.  They had long strings of lights hanging in rows from the ceiling, red cranberries floating in water, a gorgeous tree with white poinsettias...lovely!
Another beautiful tree - this one rotated...

They had the music room decorated like an elegant men's study - beautiful dark bookcases,  gorgeous furniture, this tree...

This was through a doorway from the music room...

They had a huge tree of lights over an outdoor stairway...this was from the inside looking up toward the top.
Across the lawn, beautifully light trees everywhere!

It was a lovely day!  We are back to our normal routine, and are so thankful for the time we had to celebrate and make memories over these last few weeks!

Blessings on your day!
