Rearranging!

The younger girls are switching bedrooms with Kyle today.  His room is bigger, but also one has to go through there to get to Lindsay and Emily's bedroom.  It has become problematic when he is trying to get dressed and the girls need to come through.

In reality though this means major cleaning, sorting, organizing so the moves can be made easily.

Tim is happy because he will be headed to work in about an hour!

I will post photos when we are done!

  1. We recently moved the boys into the sewing room and vice versa. It made more sense because he sewing room had a bathroom, etc. What a mess. We still aren't done because verne is building a closet in the new sewing room where the boys had just used an armoire.

    Have fun!

  4. Sounds like a busy day. Our older boys have a *walk-thru* room too, but it's on the way out to the garage. They don't mind too much...they aren't here that often.
    Have a blessed Sunday!
    Blessings,

  5. Hello! I understand your "switching rooms!" We are about to start "Switching houses" and are moving into a house about 1/3 the size of the one we have! It's a good thing, though, and hopefully, PRAYERFULLY, our big house will sell quickly when we get it on the market!
We aren't quite sure yet who will get the "little" bedroom. We are also planning to adopt in the future so our kids might be playing "musical bedrooms" (you know, kinda like musical chairs...) They are all teenagers, though, so hopefully they will all cooperate about the new/old house and bedrooms!
I am VERY excited to live more modestly, to have chickens, and a clothes line! There will be a lovely woods behind our house and hopefully deer will come to visit!
Blessings to you and your family!
    Beth
