Flower Arranging

Last evening we had a mom's activity for the mom's from our co-op. My friend Susan, the florist, taught a floral arranging class at her studio. We were limited to 10 people due to space issues, 8 were signed up but only 7 were able to attend. We will likely do more of these classes.

You know I love working with flowers so this was a very fun event.

Here is how mine turned out. It is designed for a table centerpiece, to be seen from all sides.

Here are all of us who attended and our arrangements!

It was a lot of fun and we enjoyed our time with Susan.

It had been a gloomy last day of January, with a wintry mix, and bringing this floral arrangement home was great. Today we have sunshine!

Happy February Friends!

It's wonderful that you have someone who is gifted to teach others about flower arranging . . . although I am thinking that you could be that person too! Your creations are lovely, but not as lovely as the happy faces of you and the other moms!
