What Are You Reading?

I love to read about what others are reading, it is a neat way to find out about books and authors that I have not read.

I am one who usually has several books going at a time.  I am currently reading "Miss Read Village School"
and I am reading "Large Family Logistics

which a friend loaned me. I am enjoying both books and they both are very different reads.  One is simply for pleasure and the other is a helpful book.  I am learning a lot about organizing my day etc.  I highly recommend this book!  Thanks Brigette for loaning it to me! I am also reading in 2 Corinthians, and Galatians. And I do a lot of blog reading!

So let's talk!  What are you reading?  Why did you choose it?  What authors do you love to read?

  1. Pride of Walworth by Mary Jane Staples. Series about the Adams Family in Cockney, England in the early 1900's!

I can hardly read your light pink words!!!! I am on the family computer and it is very light...

  2. The Divine Conspiracy by Dallas Willard

Chasing Daylight by Erwin Raphael McManus

The Christian Atheist by Craig Groeschel

    Praise Habit by David Crowder

  3. I read the first Miss Read book and like it.
I am reading Martha Grimes' The Case Has Altered and Barbara Pym's Excellent Women.
I am giving away one copy of an upbeat book "The Upside of Downsizing" by Karen O'Oconnor, on my blog this week.

  4. I am reading One Thousand Gifts by Ann Voskamp and Passionate Houswives Deserate for God by Jennie Chancey and Stacy McDonald.

  5. I'm reading the Jennifer Chiaverini
"Elm Creek Quilters" series. I am really enjoying the books.
I also have the Miss Read Village School book, but haven't read it. I didn't realize Jan Karon wrote it. I have read the Mitford series and really loved those books.

  6. I am reading Prayers for Sale by Sandra Dallas along with The Chronicles of Narnia.
