Oh, they make me happy too Deanna. I've always loved the fragrance and big frilly doubles. When our daughter had a pool party birthday one year where we used to live, I decorated the fence with peony blossoms.
They are gorgeous and I love mine, too. The sad thing is that they don't last nearly long enough.

How beautiful! Only one of our blooms was open yesterday. I'm afraid to look today after an exceptionally long and strong rain...I'm wondering if the bush will even be left standing!
