Two Year Trimaversary

This week marks my two year trimaversary - the anniversary of my starting Trim Healthy Mama.  Two years!  I can't believe I have stuck with anything that long.

I lost 50 pounds the first year, and then have mostly maintained - I've gone up a bit and then back down, but haven't gotten past that 50 pound mark.  I know that I am healthier, I feel better, and I look better.

I am have low thyroid and I also know that sometimes, I'm eating crossovers, but I am still really following the plan!

I know this is doable for life!

Here's a photo of before I started THM

Here is a recent photo

I am beginning to add some exercise in (I have a bad back and need to be careful) and I know that will help.

Happy Trimaversary to me!
