I'm Looking For New Recipes For Chicken

I'm bored with all the ways I cook chicken so I'd love it if you would share your favorite recipes with me!  It can be for grilled, oven baked, cooked on the stove.

Anything!

I look forward to reading your recipes and following links!

Oh I can't help with this. My favorite chicken recipes involve lots of butter (Butter Chicken) or stuffing or cheese. Way too many calories. Hope you get some good leads. 🙂

I found two new recipes for chicken that I've made in the past couple of months that we really enjoy.

They are not necessarily summer recipes, but good nonetheless.

One of our family favourites. Easy and quick.

Chicken Strips In Butter and Rosemary

1. Boneless, skinless breasts cut into strips (like chicken fingers).
2. Melt butter on low heat (enough to cover the pan).
3. Sprinkle 1 - 2 tsp fresh or dried rosemary over the butter.
4. Turn up heat a little.
5. Lay chicken strips into melted butter, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
6. Saute about 3-4 minutes. Turn, saute another 3-5 min or until chicken is cooked.
7. Let it brown a little.
7. Serve with salad and rice or potato.

I have been making this recipe for 30-ish years . . . and as recently as Father's Day weekend! The chicken stands on its own, or it can be cut up and added to salad, or on rolls. We're not tired of it yet!

I am always looking for good recipes. We had roast with onions, carrots and potatoes for dinner last night. It would have been good with chicken too. Enjoy your day dear friend. Hugs

I should not make comments late at night. I am chuckling as I re-read my words "the chicken stands on its own." That paints quite a picture! 😂

This is our current favorite - I do substitute chicken breast for chicken thighs, though. https://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/one-tray_peanut_chicken_19540
