Surgery Update!

I went in this morning and had my surgery.  I could feel the prayers for me as I was not, even one moment, nervous or anxious.  Not even claustrophobic!

I'm home and feel just fine.  I have a clear plastic guard over my eye and I have to continue to use my eye drops for several weeks.

Once they take you back to the OR, its very quick, and I was out quickly too!

I'm thankful for such great technology that allows for my vision to be restored!

Get well soon!

The technology is amazing. I feel like we live in Star Trek times.

Oh you were out! Fantastic. John was not out and, believe me, if anyone needed to be out, he did. Ha! It's quite the process, but I am so glad to have you pop in with an update. Now stay away from the computer and just rest and listen to music and enjoy those eye drops now! ;>

Yay! Thankful with you. (I missed your previous post so scurried back to see what was "up".) This surgery is in my future. It's good to hear from those who've gone before!
